Soul Strategy is a 12-week community, coaching & creative incubator for multi passionate visionaries ready to turn their ideas, skills and experience into a distinctive brand, cohesive body of work, and an aligned business of their own.

A PERSONAL NOTE FROM MEHi, I’m Aubrey
When I joined one of my first business coaching programs, I was given the age-old advice to “narrow yourself down into a niche.”
That never really resonated with me.
I didn't want to choose between the things I loved. I wanted to find a way to bring them together.
I'm an internationally published author, brand and marketing strategist, sound healing and somatics practitioner, creative business mentor, accredited subconscious NLP practitioner, Panasonic LUMIX Photo Ambassador, wellness retreat host…

I believe there's a golden thread connecting everything you are, everything you've experienced, and everything you're here to create.
But it took me a while to understand that.
I was working a 9-to-5 in fashion, in a long-term relationship, and whilst everything looked good on paper, I felt unfulfilled, deeply unsatisfied, and carried a deep inner knowing that I was meant for more.
I wanted freedom in every sense of the word. The freedom to work from anywhere, express myself without constantly questioning whether I was doing it right, and build a life on my own terms.
That desire became the catalyst for a completely different way of living and working.
I started The Love Assembly, which felt like the perfect name for my blog many moons ago. It was a culmination of all my passions, interests, skills and experiences, brought together in one place.
Looking back, I can see that I was already searching for my golden thread. I just didn't have the language for it yet.
I went from feeling deeply unfulfilled in my fashion career and questioning whether there was more for me, to building a six-figure online business, traveling the world solo, working remotely on international brand partnerships and with leading publications, receiving my first international photography book deal for WANDER LOVE, and creating a life around meaningful work I enjoyed.
Along the way, I developed my Signature SELF Framework for coaching, which planted the seeds for my second internationally published book, Your Soul Purpose: Manifest a Life You Love.
Today, my work weaves together brand and content strategy for businesses and founders, wellness retreats in Bali, and hosting sound healing experiences for brands and guests at one of Sydney’s leading bathhouses.
Anchoring into my golden thread has helped me realise this:
The things that make you feel scattered aren't necessarily holding you back. Sometimes, they're clues to the bigger picture you haven't quite been able to see yet.
That's the essence of Soul Strategy.
My approach brings together self-connection and practical strategy, because I believe we need both.
The inner work to understand ourselves, trust our direction and move through the fears that keep us playing small. And the practical tools, structure and support to turn our vision into something tangible.
