Wandering Around Wan Chai

I took a spare afternoon in the first few days I was in Hong Kong to wander on my own around Wan Chai - a metropolitan area on the northern shore of Hong Kong Island. After a quick train ride from my hotel, I walked up typical hilled steps and found myself on a corner with the words Star Street. A few steps shortly after, Moon Street. Now I don't know about you but names and descriptions always capture my eye. I know I have extremely high attention to detail, but maybe it's because I'm a life romantic? That or perhaps I just think way too much into things. Either way, I instantly knew I was onto some place good.Things to do in Hong Kong - Moon Street Wan ChaiTeds Lookout - Things to do in Hong Kong Wan ChaiThings to do in Hong Kong - Oddies Foodies Wan ChaiThings to do in Hong Kong - 22 Ships Wan ChaiThings to do in Hong Kong - 22 Ships Wan ChaiThings to do in Hong Kong - Monocle Wan ChaiApart from being renowned for its raucous nightlife, Wan Chai was a cute neighbourhood filled with boutiques, galleries and cafes ready to be explored.
