Whether you’re after a bargain, pre-loved designer clothes, knick knacks or bric-a-brac, markets are always an exciting trip! Entering without knowing what you’ll leave with is the beauty of it. Or sometimes it’s just a nice way to spend a weekend morning sipping on a chai and basking in the sun. Here’s our guide to a few favourite Sydney fashion markets.Sydney Markets

Kirribilli Fashion Market

What you’ll find: Fashion - pre-loved, designer & emerging local designers, art & craft and gourmet goodies.When: Second Sunday of every month, 9am-3pmWhere: Bradfield Park, Alfred St South Milsons Point 2061 (Right under the harbour bridge!)I’ve picked up some of my favourite bargains for pre-loved fashion here and it’s also nice to have a market lunch (spinach and feta gözleme, anyone?) on the grass with the Sydney Harbour Bridge right above you. 

Glebe Market

What you’ll find: Hippie clothing, jewellery, quirky handmade artwork & lots of food.When: Every Saturday, 10am-4pmWhere: Glebe Public School, 9-25 Derwent St Glebe 2037Related: Travel Diary - A weekend in Sydney. 

Rozelle Market

What you’ll find: A lot of antiques, bric-a-brac, vintage clothing, books and home wares.When: Every Saturday and Sunday, 9am-4pmWhere: Rozelle Public School, 663 Darling St Rozelle 2039The closest Sydney market to resemble an old European flea market, and one of my favourites for finding treasures.

 Surry Hills Market

What you’ll find: Fashion - pre-loved, designer and vintage, bric-a-brac and home wares.When: First Saturday of every month, 7am-4pmWhere: Shannon Reserve, Corner Crown and Collins St. Surry Hills 2010Loved by street style photographers as there’s plenty of Sydney kids floating around in style. 

Bondi Market

What you’ll find: Fashion - vintage and up and coming designers, jewellery and arts and crafts.When: Every Sunday, 10am-4pmWhere: Bondi Beach Public School, Campbell Parade Bondi Beach 2026There’s also Bondi Farmers Market on every Saturday 9am-1pm where you can find fresh produce, artisan bread and baked treats, flowers, homemade jams and an all round good vibe for a chilled Saturday morning in the sun. 

The Winery Fashion Market

What you’ll find: Fashion and flowers.When: Third Saturday of every month, 11am-3pmWhere: The Winery by Gazebo, 285a Crown St Surry Hills 2010The chance to raid the wardrobes of Sydney’s stylish fashion bloggers, publicists, stylists and designers.I know this is suppose to be a guide for Sydney fashion markets, but who doesn’t love flowers? Sydney Flower Markets 

Sydney Flower Market

What you’ll find: Lots of flowers - local and imported - at bargain prices.When: Monday-Saturday, 5am-11amWhere: Sydney Markets Plaza, 250-318 Parramatta Road, Sydney Markets 2129Australia’s largest flower market for fresh cut flowers!
