TRAVEL: THE PHILIPPINES VIDEO DIARY

There are still so many places in The Philippines I would love to travel to and explore, and as I tick them off my list – slowly but surely every time I go back – I’m addicted to capturing these moments on video. Here’s a few from my most recent trip including a couple of highlights:

Finding Philippines’ little slice of Santorini, food trips and catch-ups with new and old friends in Manila, beautiful gifts from the flower markets, learning about the history in Intramuros, strawberry fields in Baguio, sun-surf-sand-and-sunsets in La Union, island hopping and hiring a scooter to explore El Nido inland, our stay at Cadlao Resort, going through the Underground River in Puerto Princesa and chatting with the cutest kids (with my unsteady but pretty good tagalog) in Palawan. Hope you like it – enjoy! Oh and remember to watch it in HD!

Have you traveled around The Philippines? I’d love to see and hear what you got up to! If you haven’t but this video gave you a little spark of wanderlust, please share! Happy travels!

Gah absolutely love this video – you’ve absolutely nailed it. I really hope i get to the Philippines some time soon. If you only had 10 days to travel where would you go? x

P.S when are you planning on going?

Thanks Liv, glad you loved it! :) You should, while it’s still cheap also! 10 days… hard choice but for the first visit I would definitely suggest Palawan (either El Nido or Coron) for seclusion and exploring, Boracay for pampering and partying and only a couple of nights in the city, Manila for the food and just so you can compare the city to the island life. :) Hope that helps! Hey Aubrey! Thanks so much for getting back to me, I was thinking of going in April after I go visit my parents who live in Singapore. Is there a particular time of year you’d recommend in particular? xx
